Christmas Concert
On the big night Quinn was very excited to see his sister on the stage and Grandpa and Oma were even able to join us for the thrilling event.
And Lola did not disappoint! She sang loud, and proud, and performed all of her actions. She looked lovely in her green school vest and was so happy that we were there to see her big performance.
Another major milestone! Thanks for joining us Grandpa and Oma and way to go Lola!

Christmas Projects
This year we managed to keep up with most of our 25 Days of Christmas. We baked cookies, ate cookies, decorated cookies, delivered cookies, made treats for the birds, sang carols, made decorations for our tree, watched Christmas movies, drank hot chocolate, ate a red and green dinner and lots of other things I can't recall. But, the kids favourite project this year was making treats for the birds. I'm pretty sure that it was their favourite because it was messy an involved peanut butter.
This amazing peanut butter toilet paper roll bird seed feeder managed to make it 24 hours before the squirrels destroyed it. We like to think that some birds managed to enjoy it before the squirrels ate the whole thing, toilet paper rolls and all.
